GeekGear World of Wizardry October Box 2017

Hey!

I recently received my World of Wizardry box for October so thought I would review it. Although I'm not a Slytherin myself, I love the house so I choose to receive the Slytherin box. The hints for this month were: Snape, the knight bus and a house related product.

As I love Snape I was already excited! When I opened the box the first thing I saw was the two Festival Bracelets which I thought were cute, I haven't got any Harry Potter related bracelets, these are quite subtle and don't scream Harry Potter which is nice.

I then saw this month's T-Shirt, which featured the knight bus, I thought this was quite a cool idea. It's not my favourite t-shirt but I will wear it.

There was a broomstick figure that was quite cool and another pin which was the house themed product, each house got a pin of their animal wearing the related scarf. Again they had 3 editions, original, silver and gold. I received the silver one which looks nice and another pin to add to my collection.

To finish off the box there was 2 prints and a canvas. The canvas I love, it is a neutral colour with a big H for Hogwarts and has the different house crests within the H, I haven't got anywhere to hang it currently but when I get my own house I'm sure it will get its own spot on the wall.

The last two prints, I also love. One of them was a Snape print by the artist Paul Tonner, which has also been personally signed so that adds a nice touch, I've got to say I have a weak spot for anything signed. It is in the same format as the Luna Lovegood print from the August box, I love anything that is in the same design and am a bit of a collector so this makes me happy.

The final print is black and orange featuring Voldemort and Harry with the quote 'Neither Can Live, While The Other Survives' I like this print but it will have to go with the others in a little pile for now until I have somewhere to put them on my wall.

Overall I thought this was a good box, my favourite item was definitely the Severus Snape print. Like it has been in recent boxes quite a few of the items were also Exclusive and Licensed which is nice to know.

Interested? Check out Geek Gear for more information. Geek Gear does a general geek box as well as Wearable and Pin boxes each month for both. They also have a shop to purchase specific items from each box if you don't fancy subscribing.
